JC Mastro Consulting
The one way I work

One partnership. The whole technology side.

What you’re buying isn’t hours. It’s a person who takes responsibility for the technology side of your business — the IT, the website, the marketing, the automation — the way you take responsibility for your trade.

From $1,999/month.

Free 30 minutes · No pitch · No homework

What it means

Not a vendor. Not a help desk. A partner.

One person, reachable

You know exactly who to call, and I already know your business. No ticket queue, no explaining the same problem twice to different technicians.

A living roadmap

Everything we could improve, in one plain-language plan — what’s done, what’s next, what can wait. We keep it current together for as long as we work together.

Steady monthly improvement

Every month, something gets better: dedicated capacity for working through the roadmap, not just keeping the lights on.

Support when things wobble

The day-to-day layer is included. A printer revolts, an email bounces, a login locks — you call me, it gets handled.

Someone watching the whole picture

I don’t wait for you to bring me tasks. I bring you “here’s what I recommend we do next” — because spotting the opportunity is my job, not yours.

The first weeks

I learn your business before I change anything

01

Understand

I come to where the work happens — the shop, the clinic, the truck — and watch how the week actually runs. No questionnaire, no homework.

02

Assess

I go through everything you currently have: accounts, devices, files, website, online presence, and the manual routines eating your team’s time.

03

Your roadmap

You get a plain-language plan of now, next, and later — the priorities for your business, in an order that makes sense, with nothing on it that doesn’t earn its place.

04

Then the cycle begins

Each month we work through the next most valuable improvements. Done, explained in plain language, and supported after.

The comparison

What this usually replaces

To cover the technology side properly, a business your size would normally be piecing together:

A marketing agency

Website, ads, and online presence — often $2,000–$4,000 a month.

A managed IT provider

Devices, email, and support — often $1,000–$2,500 a month for a small team.

A part-time or junior tech hire

A $50,000–$70,000 salary, plus everything that comes with employing someone — for one slice of the picture.

And the one you’re probably paying now

Your most computer-comfortable person, doing the tech instead of the job they were hired for. That one never shows up on an invoice.

Those are all the right answer for bigger businesses. At your size, you’d be buying three specialists, each covering one slice — and still coordinating them yourself.

One partner across all of it

The price

What it costs

The partnership starts at $1,999 a month. Where yours lands depends on the size of your team and how much we take on — and you’ll have your number in writing before anything begins.

A few things worth knowing:

Larger builds are planned, not sprung. A full new website or an online store gets planned on the roadmap and agreed together before anything starts. No surprise invoices.

I don’t take commissions on any tool or service I recommend.

When something needs a deep specialist — a niche compliance question, heavy-duty development — I’ll tell you, and I’ll find and manage them. That’s part of the job.

Capacity

I work with a small number of partner businesses at a time

That’s not a sales tactic — it’s how one person gives every partner real attention. When I’m at capacity, I’d rather run a waiting list than a thinner service.

Fit

Is this the right fit?

This will probably fit if:

  • Your product or service has nothing to do with technology — and you’d like to keep it that way.
  • Nobody on the team really owns the tech, or the wrong person does.
  • You want one accountable partner, not a list of vendors to coordinate.
  • You’re ready to invest monthly in the whole picture, not one corner of it.
  • You’re comfortable with accounts in the business’s name and a few basic security habits.

It probably won’t fit — and I’ll say so kindly — if:

  • You need one specific task done and nothing more.
  • You already have an IT provider or agency you’re happy with.
  • You’re shopping for the cheapest possible hourly fix.
  • You need specialist regulated work or round-the-clock coverage.

Not sure which list you’re on? That’s what the free conversation is for.
